Jonathan M. Palma, Esq.
Partner/Attorney
Managing Attorney and Founder of Palma Title, Jonathan M. Palma received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from the University of Florida, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. Jonathan is an experienced real estate attorney who has turned all his focus to building and running Palma Title with a hands on approach to the accuracy of the work provided and the convenience at which it is delivered to the buyer and seller. Jonathan is a member of The Florida Bar, Real Property and Probate Section. He is authorized to issue title insurance policies through The Attorneys Title Insurance Fund Westcor Land and Title and WFG National Title Insurance Company. Jonathan clears title and oversees both residential and commercial real estate transactions in all counties throughout the State of Florida. Alexis Palma, Esq.
Attorney
Alexis M. Palma graduated Stetson University College of Law in December 2004 and received a Certificate of Concentration in Trial Advocacy. Alexis received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ithaca College in New York in May 2001. Alexis is a member of The Florida Bar, and authorized to issue title insurance policies through The Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Westcor Land and Title and WFG National Title Insurance Company. As a member of Palma Title, Alexis handles title curative work, and negotiates short sale contracts with lenders to insure the homeowner's legal rights are protected during each short sale transaction. Mrs. Palma also oversees all administrative responsibilities of the title company. In her spare time she likes to boat and travel with her family. Most recently Alexis' husband, Jonathan convinced her to train and run the Chicago Marathon with him. This was Alexis' first marathon but she now has her sights on the next race.

Raina Peterson
Legal Assistance, Title Processor, Closer
Raina was born and raised on the Florida Gulf Coast. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida were she graduated Cum Laude. Raina is a Licensed Florida Notary Public. As a legal assistant and title processor Raina works with the attorneys at Palma Title in the gathering of documentation to clear title, preparation of closing documents and scheduling of closings. Raina's great personality along with her and ability to effectively communicate with clients and multi-task while dealing with complex title issues has made her a very valuable addition to the Palma Title team. Raina is a dog lover and avid traveler. When not in the office Raina can be found traveling the globe in search of her next big adventure. Most recently Raina and her husband Matt ran the Marine Corp Marathon in Washington, D.C.

Kelly Peterson
Title Assistant, Post Closer
As a licensed RN and Florida Real Estate Agent, Kelly brings with her the unique experience of working in the high pace and high stress environment of a hospital, along with the attention to detail and customer service traits required of a Realtor. Kelly's background has served her well in the title industry as she has thrived and quickly become a client favorite. (don't tell Raina) Kelly is a trustworthy professional who is dedicated to the task at hand. Kelly approaches each closing as an opportunity to learn and grow and as an opportunity to earn the trust of our clients. Kelly looks for opportunities to go above and beyond for our team and our clients. Monika has been involved in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years. After relocating from Chicago to Tampa Bay she has been able to leverage her wide range of experience in real estate sales and marketing through her many contacts in the Midwest and Tampa Bay area. Monika is a Licensed TITLE AGENT, Notary Signing Agent and Regional Business Development Rep with Palma Title. Monika holds Real Estate BROKER licenses in IL and FL and specializes in global real estate transactions as a Certified International Property Specialist.She is an active member of Global Business Councils throughout Florida.
